Data collected
Only the contact form collects data: last name, first name, email address, subject and message. This site has no accounts, no payments and no profiling.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form, together with pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Recipients
Messages are delivered through the email provider Resend and hosted with the site’s hosting provider. No data is sold or passed to third parties for advertising purposes.
Payment
Shop payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The site never collects nor stores any card data: card entry happens on Stripe's secure pages, and Stripe sends the payment receipt.
Retention period
Customer personal data is kept for 3 years from the last contact (purchase, appointment or exchange).
Data required for invoicing and accounting is kept for 10 years, as required by law.
Once those periods end, the data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to the email address shown on the Contact page.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics tools.
