Terms of sale

These terms govern sales made through the FLR COACH website shop: pre-order apparel and personalised training programmes.

Products and pre-order

Shop apparel is sold on pre-order for a limited period: no piece is in stock at the time of purchase. Orders are grouped when the edition closes, then produced.

Training programmes are personalised services: after checkout, Florian Lopes contacts you within 48 hours for a scoping call, then builds your programme to measure.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made online by card through the secure Stripe platform; no card data passes through the site.

The order is confirmed as soon as payment is validated. A receipt is sent by email to the address given at checkout.

Order pickup

Apparel is handed over in person AT GARAGE CLUB — 183 Rue de Fontenay, 94300 Vincennes — from the pickup date announced on the shop. No delivery or shipping is offered.

Florian Lopes contacts each customer to arrange a pickup time.

Right of withdrawal

Under articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receiving the goods — or from entering into the contract for a service — to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason.

To exercise it, write to florianlps.pro@gmail.com. If, at your request, work on a programme has already begun before the withdrawal period ends, an amount proportional to the service already provided may be withheld.

Refunds

In the event of withdrawal or an accepted cancellation, the refund is issued via Stripe to the card used at checkout, within 14 days at the latest, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Consumer mediation

Under article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer client may use a consumer mediator free of charge in the event of a dispute.

The designated consumer mediator is CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France.
